The Chapman Family

 Oh man, even at 8 in the morning, family portraits in Indians in July can be a dangerous move.  You just don't know what you're going to get, and as luck would have it, we got hot and humid.  At least it wasn't raining.  (The downpour literally started as we parted ways at the end of the session.)  This adorable family was full of troupers though, and we had fun shooting some family portraits down by the river and on the playground at Hummel Park.

Sweet little Christian

I got to photograph this beautiful new boy yesterday.  It was so fun to do a newborn photo shoot. Christian slept pretty well for a little while and then we got to see those big blue eyes!  He was just so tiny and perfect, it almost made me want another one... then I remembered my 10 month old is finally sleeping all night, so I'm good for a bit.  I'll just have to keep photographing other people's babies for now.  

The Hemmerts

I had a great photo shoot with this adorable family last Saturday in Plainfield, Indiana.  The kids were so fun to photograph, the weather was gorgeous, and the leaves were just starting to turn.  I'm so excited for Autumn!
